I recently purchased advocare's Spark drink. I have used it in the past for energy, vitamins, and appetite suppressor. Man did I miss it I forgot how wonderful it is. I just sip on it between meals and it keeps me satisfied and full of energy and that means better will power and a good attitude to make it through the day. They have lots of flavors my favorites are fruit punch, pink lemonade and I like the orange hot in a coffee cup with some cinnamon in the winter.
My mother has used spark for a few years now and has lost quit a bit of weight and also it helps her joints and back feel better. I have noticed my joints and minor aches feel better when I am drinking it I think it must be the vitamins in it. If you have never tried spark give it a try it sure does make a difference in my life.

So Here I Go Again....
Once before I had lost 59lbs that was almost 5 years ago. Then I got pregnant with my fourth child and put some on during pregnancy about 20lbs then the other 20lbs came after pregnancy so here I am again. Current weight is 185 hoping to get down to 145lbs again.
How I did it last time: Eating a serving of carbs which is 1slice of bread or 1/2 cup of potatoes or rice for example. Exercising I started out walking on the treadmill till I could walk 30 minutes at a time easily then decided to get out and walk on the road pushing my then 1 year old and 4 year old in a stroller. After 1hour of walking became easy I decided to run. I also rode a bike with my kids with a carrier on the back for the little one. I was losing 7lbs a week for the first month then it went to 3-4lbs a week for the rest of my weight loss. So eating right and being very active.
About 2 months ago I started eating good again and exercising again. I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. Then one day while doing a cool down stretch I squatted down and my knee popped. My knee was swollen for 2 weeks and I could not bend it come to find out I had tore the muscle from my quad down to the knee. So I went to physical therapy for 1month and did some exercises for healing and strengthening and some shock therapy. It helped and they released me from physical therapy. But I gained the 10lbs plus back in that time of not much activity.
So today here is to a new start on the 40lbs to loose. My husband bought me a bike and I rode it with the kids today and plan on keeping it up. So here's the plan 1serving of carbs per meal, exercise 5 days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday bike. Tuesday and Thursday Walk then eventually Run wanting to take it slow with the knee still weak and just healed.
Short term goals for the week: loose 2lbs, stick to the eating plan, and exercise 5days in the week
Long term goals: loose 40lbs, fit into all my clothes in storage such cute, cute clothes waiting on me.
